Susan ‘Suzie’ Sonia Efhan
Susan “Suzie” Sonia Efhan, of Lihue, passed away on Jan. 6, 2025, at the age of 67. She was born on May 4, 1957, on Oahu. She was a retired account executive with Xerox.
Preceded in death by parents Mercedes and Inocencio Efhan.
She is survived by daughters Waynette Parraga, Tina Parraga, Vanessa Parraga, son Kai (Kawai) Parraga, siblings Bernie (Harlan) Nakae, Sherrie Efhan, Val Yadao, Lulu (Wilbert) Cummings, Teo Efhan, Aaron (Janis) Efhan and seven grandchildren.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, Feb. 1, 2025, at Salt Pond Main Pavilion starting at 2 p.m.

Sherry Hashimoto
Sherry Hashimoto, of Hanapepe, passed away on Jan. 13, 2025, at the age of 55. She was born on Dec. 18, 1969, on Kauai. She was a unit clerk at Kauai Medical Group.
She was preceded in death by her mother Antonette Komaki, grandmother Louise Kaiama-Komaki, brother Bruce Kali, uncle Chuck Komaki and aunty Loraine Komaki-Kali.
She is survived by her son Brandon Hashimoto of Hanapepe, sisters Christie (Nimilote) Moli of Utah, Christie (Bernard) Purisima of Kalaheo, numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
A service will be held at a later date.
Garden Island Mortuary is assisting the family with arrangements.
Linda Kelekoma
Linda Kelekoma, born on Jan. 19, 1947, in Cincinnati, Ohio, passed away peacefully on Jan. 3, 2025. Known for her radiant spirit, generosity, and love of all things sparkly, Linda brought joy and kindness to everyone she met.
Preceded in death by her beloved mom Alice Luther and soul her soul mate Ainsley Kelekoma.
Linda’s life was a celebration of love, faith, and selflessness. Her memory will shine brightly in the hearts of all who knew her, and we find comfort knowing she and Ainsley are dancing together again in Heaven.
Services will be held on Feb. 1, 2025, at Kapaa Missionary Church. Visitation begins at 9:30 a.m., followed by the service.
