Pattie Krebs of Organize My Mess was a popular stop during the Kauai Chamber of Commerce General Membership Meeting that was sponsored by Wilcox Health at the Royal Sonesta Kauai Resort on Thursday night.
“Citizen Volunteer” Greg Askew said Pattie needed help in getting customers on Kauai for people that need help reorganizing things like closets, food pantries, home offices, garage spaces and more.
Organize My Mess was one of about 50 new Chamber members who was able to set up a “showcase” before the dinner and sit-down protocol that included Chamber of Commerce Hawaii President and CEO Sherry Menor-McNamara previewing the 2030 Blueprint for Hawaii (check out www.cochawaii.org for the full show). Pattie’s popularity was so great she ran out of those paper bag giveaways.
Kumu Hula Troy Hinano Lazaro and Halau Ka Pa Hula O Hinano performed the opening pule and hula … they’re going to be part of the upcoming Kalikimaka with Kamahao (Haumea Thronas) program that takes place on Dec. 21 at the Outrigger Kauai Beach Resort. Tickets are available online at KWK24.EVENTBRITE.COM, or at the door on concert night. Kamahao was the same guy that entertained the audience at the Grand Hyatt Kauai during the Poipu resort’s tree lighting.
Kudos to Katie Brenner, the Sheraton Kauai Resort general manager, and her Poipu resort’s ohana, including Table 53, for treating the several hundred kupuna to a fancy holiday lunch experience on Tuesday (Gigi from Digital Weekend was there) and Thursday where Kauai Community College Chef Steve Nakata and the culinary arts department students were helping serve the kupuna.
