Hirono introduces bill to combat ROD

WASHINGTON — Sen. Mazie K. Hirono (D-HI) introduced legislation to combat rapid ‘Ohi‘a death (ROD), which has killed more than a million ‘ohi‘a trees in Hawai‘i since its discovery in 2014.
