“Happy Tuesday,” Duncan said in her email. “Nick Meads of Arroyo Grande, California, aced Hole No. 5 from the white tee box.
“Nick carefully picked an 8 Iron, staring across the valley at 176 yards, and with confidence, struck his ball and watched it soar through the sky, landing on the green, rolling to the hole and drop.”
Ryan Macky and Gavin Burkard witnessed the shot with cheers.
“Congratulations, Nick,” Duncan said. “Well played!”
