Associates of Kaua‘i Shores Hotel gather Thursday to listen to the Water Awareness Visitor Education presentation by Kaua‘i Fire Department Ocean Safety Bureau’s Lt. WAIPOULI — Lt. Kleve Zarbaugh of the Kaua‘i Fire Department’s Ocean Safety Bureau said the area right outside of Lava Lava Beach Club at the Kaua‘i Shores Hotel is an area where they have had rescues in the past.
