Ashley Lambert, the curator of the cleaner, along with her daughter Millie and Barry the dog, are excited about the approval by the retail stores to carry the line.
“We’re just delivering the 2-ounce size that’s great for personal use,” Lambert said while delivering the new batch of personal-sized cleaner aboard a quaint pull wagon to Vim ‘N Vigor on Kuhio Highway in Lihu‘e. “We just want to share with our beloved island a household cleaner that will make your mind, body and soul feel good.”
In addition to the retail markets, Mama Beans is available through Lambert’s Barry And Me website that can be described as a healthy-lifestyle-living collection of personal care, apparel, infant wear and care, and other unique items said to be good for the mind and soul.
“After working as a cleaner for five years, I suffered from working with harsh chemicals and mold sickness,” Lambert said. “I was yearning for a healthier cleaning experience. I was deeply motivated to make a cleaner with pure ingredients that is both healthy and effective.”
Those were the seeds that gave rise to Mama Beans Knows Best all-purpose germ cleaner that can be used on any surface after shaking well to mix the ingredients stored in a chemical-breakdown-resistant colored bottle created from items other than glass, for durability and safety.
“As a first-time mom, my No. 1 priority was to make sure that the cleaner was safe for my family and our dog Barry,” Lambert said. “My little girl always wants to be doing what mom does, and as soon as she became interested in cleaning like mom, I knew that if she got a hold of the cleaner, it would be safe for her to use.”
Armed with an apothecary of essential oils and studying nature’s resources, Lambert, her daughter and Barry came up with Mama Beans that utilizes high-quality ingredients sources from transparent, reliable and sustainable sources.
“We thank Mother Earth for her resources,” Lambert said. “We thank the ocean that has provided us the beauty of kelp and its wonderful properties that allow for the most-gentle clean. We thank our rich soil that bounties flowers and plants that give us kids-safe essential oils that help protect us from illness and suffering, and we thank the oils for their exquisite smells that soothe the mind and encourage positivity and happiness in your home.”
Mama Beans Knows Best is “curated in Hawai‘i by a mama, a daughter and their dog,” and is available in an earth-safe container headed by a sprayer that’s unique from other sprayers.
