Roseline Roselani Gonsalves Victorino
Surrounded by love she took her last breath on Jan. 11, 2022, at home in Kekaha. She was born on Jan. 27, 1941.
She was preceded in death by her husband and love of her life David William Victorino Sr., father Joseph Gonsalves Perreira, mother Adeline Lopes Perreira, brothers Joseph Gonsalves, Wayne “Rocky” Perreira, sister Brenda Moniz, brothers- in-law Ernest Moniz and William “Sonny” Souza and son-in law Bernard Wise.
She is survived by five children David William (Donna Jo) Victorino Jr. of Wailua, Roselani Marie (Bernie) Wise of Lihu‘e, Yvette Marie Victorino of Mississippi, Rhonda Waynette ( Domingo “Don”) Victorino-Lutao of Kalaheo, Harry Joseph (Laurie) Victorino of Kapa‘a, hanai daughter Cherie Miyashiro of Lihu‘e, brothers Richard Gonsalves of Nevada, Godfrey Perreira, of Hanama‘ulu, sister Adeline “Angie” Souza, grandchildren Nicole, Chelsea, Natasha, Haunani, Billy, Kawika, Ashley, Brandee-Kiara, Donovan, Bryson and Mystiana, many great-grandchildren and one great-great granddaughter.
A celebration of life will be held at the Lihu‘e Neighborhood Center, by Isenberg Park on Feb. 5, 2022. Visitation at 10:30 a.m., program to follow at 11 a.m. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, masks must be worn at all times.
Carl W. Dusenberry, Jr.
Carl W. Dusenberry, Jr., 80, passed away on Jan. 10, 2022, surrounded by his loving family at home in Waimea Valley. He was born on Jan. 18, 1941, in Honolulu. He was a welder and owner of CWD Construction and Kauai’s Rodeo King.
Carl was preceded in death by his parents Carl W. Dusenberry, Sr. and Almira Apo., sister Elsie May Dusenberry and son Guy Dusenberry.
Carls is survived by his wife Maureen A. Walk thru visitation will be on Saturday, Feb. 5, 2022, at Garden Island Mortuary at 9 to 10:30 a.m. followed by eulogy. The family requests Western attire. Due to COVID-19, face mask and social distancing are required,

Maria Precy Udaundo Aguada
Maria Precy Udaundo Aguada, 44, of Kapa‘a passed away at home on Jan. 28, 2022. She was born in Pasuquin, Ilocos Norte, Philippines on Feb. 22, 1977, and was a dispatcher with Wyndam Hotels.
Mariz was preceded in death by father Esteban Udaundo Sr., brother Amor Udaundo and brother-in-law Roger Balino.
Maria is survived by her husband Glorioso “Garry” Aguada, sons Glenn Patrick U. Aguada, Maj Kevin U. Aguada, daughters Mariah Gwyneth U. Aguada, Stephanie U. Aguada, mother Florentina Udaundo, siblings Jimmy (Jane) Udaundo, Romulo (Judith) Udaundo, Helene (Manuel) Llapitan, Grace Anne Balino, Ronnie (Maria Theresa) Udaundo, Ronald (Maria) Udaundo, Lilybeth (Roger) Algordo, Jannette (Felino) Agustin, Esteban (Katherine) Udaundo Jr., in-laws, Cresencio and Belen Aguada, sisters-in-law Cristalyn Aguada, Florie Acio, numerous aunties, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
A wake service will be held on Friday, Feb. 11, 2022, at 4-6151 Kuhio Hwy. from 6 p.m.
A celebration of her life will be held on Saturday, Feb. 12, 2022, at St. Catherine Church with viewing from 8 a.m. and Mass celebrated at 10 a.m. Burial will follow at Kealia Cemetery.
Masks and social distancing will be observed.
Felix Ingel Iloreta
Felix Ingel Iloreta passed away peacefully at home on Saturday, Jan. 15, 2022. He was born on Oct. 16, 1927, in Binacud, Sinait, Ilocos Sur, Philippines. He worked for Lihu‘e Plantation and the old Kaua‘i Surf Hotel.
Felix was preceded in death by his wife Josefina Ragasa Iloreta, son Abelardo Iloreta, parents Felipa Ibe Ingel and Francisco Yago Iloreta, brothers Nicasio, Juan, and Basilio Iloreta, and sister Magdalena Iloreta.
Felix Iloreta served under the Philippines Commonwealth Army of the United States Armed Forces Far East (USAFFE) during World War II. He joined the military ground operations at the age of 16, becoming a part of the Philippine Guerilla forces that helped defeat the Japanese in the Philippines. For meritorious achievement in combat, he received the Bronze Star Medal. On Jan. 16, 2022, he was posthumously presented the US Congressional Gold Medal.
Felix is survived by his children Arsenio (Daisy) Iloreta, Antonio (Erlinda) Iloreta, Edna (Glenn) Douglas, Jimmy Iloreta, Joselito (Leto) Iloreta, George (Josie) Iloreta, Eddie (Jayne) Iloreta, daughters-in law Amelia Iloreta, Emma Iloreta, 17 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren and by numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, Feb. 19, 2022, at St. Catherine’s Church in Kapa‘a. Public viewing and visitation begins at 9 a.m., with Mass to follow at 10 a.m. Face masks and social distancing are required during church visit. Following mass, burial services will take place at Kaua‘i Memorial Gardens.
