Hilo Medical Center residency program graduates 16 nurses
HILO — Sixteen nurses, most of them from the Big Island, have graduated from Hilo Medical Center’s year-long residency program in nursing.

Well this article failed to mention what type of nursing degree they have.. RN, LPN or Medical assistant…. not all nurses are equal. Unfortunately in the spring of 2019 the Kauai Community College failed 9 students in their 2nd year of the RN Nursing Program- due to one test and they were all eliminated from the KCC nursing Program. Really– that is a sign of really bad teaching to have 9 students eliminated due to failure to pass a test.
