Emergency sewer line repair in Kapa‘a October 24
KAPA‘A — Huluili Street in Kapa‘a, between Kukui and Lehua streets, is closed today from 8:30 to 4:30 p.m. to allow the county Department of Public Works Wastewater Management Division to perform emergency work on the sewer line in the area.
