A partial rainbow from a passing squall line driven in by the ‘flukey winds’ frames Double Espresso, Speedy, and Weatherly heading into the first of three laps Thursday during the final race of the Nawiliwili Yacht Club Gene Wells Memorial Series. According to the National Weather Service, the breezy, 20-mph trade winds will gradually ease today before holding at moderate strength between 14 to 17 mph through the weekend.
