Waimea woman arrested for promoting a dangerous drug

Kaua‘i police arrested 65-year-old Roberta Bactad of Waimea last week after locating methamphetamine in her possession.

The Kaua‘i Police Department’s Vice Section executed a search warrant on Bactad and her vehicle.

During the search, police recovered approximately 80 grams of methamphetamine and $4,223 in cash.

Bactad was arrested for promoting a dangerous drug in the first degree.

She was booked and released on $20,000 bail.

    I’m familiar with the phrase, ” Fall guy”, but I guess in this case it’s, ” Fall Tutu”. Anyone who believes the 80 grams of Meth belongs to Tutu should become a KPD detective.
