LIHU‘E — The county Department of Parks and Recreation announced that neighborhood centers will reopen to public limited use Thursday, April 15.
The centers will be open for classes, meetings and trainings. COVID-19 safety guidelines will be enforced.
The number of participants for classes is 10 or fewer, while the number of participants for meetings and training is 25 or fewer.
