Pence act now

I figure many of you know the terms DINO and RINO, Democrat and Republican in name only. There’s a new and very appropriate term, PINO, President in name only. It could’ve been used for several years, but Jan. 6, 2021, another Day of Infamy, was the final dark light of this stained Presidency.

On that day an incitement to insurrection was put forth by PINO. Other right wing lawmakers and media are also culpable. What to do next? In my opinion, V.P. Pence and a majority of the Cabinet should invoke the 25th Amendment and remove this person. Pence is afraid to do so and 2 Cabinet members have resigned.

To Pence I would say, remember what this mob through incitement said about you, “Hang Pence.”

Act now and end this evil era.

Mark Perry, Lihue

“Back to school?” Not even close …

TGI’s “Kaua’i students go back to school,” Jan 5, 2021, does not give an accurate picture of the situation. “Back to school” means just four (4) days a month for high-schoolers from now to the end of the year; eight (8) days for middle school. This comes after middle and high-schoolers were prohibited from attending school altogether last August to December while Kaua’i had little-to-no COVID cases.

Superintendent Zina and others repeatedly say “health and safety” guidelines are the reason they cannot open schools completely. It is malarkey. There are two groups working to ensure our schools will not re-open to a traditional setting: The teachers union (HSTA) and folks invested in Kaua’i’s “education technology pilot project.”

Last July, HSTA re-negotiated that “six-foot-distance in classrooms” be a contract requirement (to expire in June, regardless of any COVID data or vaccine, unless HSTA agrees to give it up sooner), knowing they could not comply at schools with larger student populations like middle and high schools. Schools have openly stated they cannot comply with this requirement, conveniently misleading parents to believe it’s about health and safety while trying to avoid a union action. And there‘s more: Teachers gave themselves Mondays off from all classroom instruction for the year, and lowered standards so that test scores of 55-74% are now given a “passing” grade of C. There are no in-person club meetings, no class pictures for some schools. While government employees have been back to work in-person with their colleagues for months now, the last time public-school kids got to work with all their colleagues was March 13, 2020.

Last spring, Zina and partners including Mark Zuckerberg, State Senator Kouchi, and HIDOE devoted over a million dollars to give all of Kauai’s teachers and students a device, training on how to use it, and remote connectivity. While parents seek, “Less screen time, not more,” these investors use our children – without our consent – in a distance-learning experiment, the success of which hinges on keeping kids out of a traditional classroom. What is this teaching our children?

What about the election? Do they make void millions of voters in America? 25th amendment. Nov. 3, 2020 General election

What are you talking about? Votes are not “voided” when one candidate loses an election. The other candidate got more votes, and under our system, more electoral college votes so he became the new president. Those who voted for Trump, regardless of what happens next, do not have their votes “voided”. They were simply on the losing side. Their votes still counted; there were just not enough of them to win.

Kids kept from school? Where’s the Wisdom in that?

Pharmaceutical companies needed help in selling a dummy vaccine that does not provide immunity to anything but itself, and whose syringe alone costs more than the vaccine liquid, so they invented a fake virus, a false positive nasal swab test, and Media Fear. Where’s the Wisdom in that?

Medical Industry can sell only 4.4 Billion drug prescriptions a year, and must resort to telling the public that people naturally cannot deactivate this Covid-19 virus on its own and all people in the world must buy their multiple injection rancid water vaccine over and over because it is not needed and does not work, and the people dying is blamed on the virus is now discovered that they are dying from chronic end of life diseases (avoidable) and the prescription drugs they taking daily. Where’s the wisdom in that?

Science and facts show human Immune Systems can overcome disease virus because their millions of immune plasma cells each make 10,000 antibodies per second against the virus, and that human immune systems are just like the other 40,000 species of vertebrates on earth, the oldest of which have been successfully making antibodies against all disease virus for 550 Million years.

There you have the wisdom and science in natural Healthy Immune Systems needing no help, just needing no interference like vaccines and prescription drugs burdening theirGod given Immune Systems.

The numbers and types of chronic degenerative end of life diseases are only getting worse, and their failing prescription drugs are not working and are constantly being replaced with new prescription drugs that don’t work either, but sell well, and burden your own natural Immune System Health, all the while people are eating non-nutrient chemical filled factory made food that also burdens their immune systems. Where’s the science in eating chemical non-nutrition food backed up with petrochemical carcinogenic prescription drugs?

And in another article in the paper today a convicted felon with a gun on Meth, robs people waiting outside school for their children, then flees by car and leads a police chase, after parole violations, is now offered supervised release? Where is the wisdom in that?

Biden can finish us off if we have Blind Faith in him, but well after his son gets some more middle man cash advances in the millions. We better have faith in that!

The Public charter schools in my opinion, hands down, is the absolutely best platform ever implemented. In 2009, my last child graduated from the Myron B. Thompson Academy, a “distance learning program” where face-to face was limited to the student needs for one-to-one sessions. In our case, throughout K-8, I would go quarterly to Elementary, then Kapaa middle school to meet with teachers to get them to work their planned curriculum and would have my student “tagged” so that assignments were in continuity. The teachers and counselor had several contact options they never used in case of there being problems. Mid 8th grade, A student parent teacher meeting was arranged, and we were met at the meeting room entrance by this students’ counselor who acknowledged our attention to our student telling us “We wish more parents would do what I was doing outside of the scheduled open houses. The counselor further stated that “if (student) didnt quit hanging out with the boys in the bathroom, they (counselor/teachers) were going to make a parking stall for my child”. I asked why the many contact choices to me was not activated, if in fact, teachers were seeing a problem for that 2nd quarter? I wasnt understanding the “parking stall” comment until i looked at the students’ facial expression, and that he relished the idea of being the only middle school student with a parking stall! Then, I realized that this comment was the most negative plan/idea, i had ever heard from the mouth of a counselor, Mr. Long! At that juncture, I asked the counselor to dismiss waiting teachers, that there would be no reason to carry on, and directed Mr Long to take my child to the registrars office to immediately check this student out of KMS, while i arranged with the principal M. Bode, to home-school the next two quarters, which she authorized. We were done with public school and there would be no parking stall implemented for my student, rising star athlete. Mr. Long was shocked at my directive to check student out of KMS, warning that by law, i must adhere to public school options! My retort, “talk to my hand!” Eighth grade ended, we returned to the principal office, showed the curriculum that we had completed via individual platforms for the core teachings and Ms Bode passed this student to ninth grade. Public charter school, per Ms Bode “isnt for every child, the best option” but in this case it sure beat repeating 8th grade with only an average GPA. There were a dozen other student athlete surfers, soccer stars that followed our momentum, and when necessary the face-to-face interactions, as they attended the Kauai satellite MBTA campus classroom. Students had their grade level platform on a leased 10$ per year insurance/computer and student GPA had increased to 4.0. Since the pace was enhanced, I counseled my student and the independence he asserted towards maintaining high standards, that if he had any problem, not to wait weeks, but days to tell me if or what problems arose. As a Junior, Math became a misunderstood concept as did language requirements. So, i contacted MBTA principal and instead of Spanish, MBTA initiated Olelo and with math, our students’ math teacher was sent to kauai overnight hotel stay, 1:1 with two 3-hour sessions that not only captured an ‘A’ for that year, but changed to Math in the two-year KCC goals, as well as Hawaiian language program combinations. If you had a wifi cafe, you were good to go. In the public school setting, student absence for five days, the student is dismissed. In the public charter school MBTA, the student athlete was able to travel, competing in Indonesia and maintaining a 4.0 GPA. This was the prize that in 2020 presented! The student in this story has since competed in the world title competitions, and has racked up thousands of miles traveling to Brazil, Australia, Peru, Portugal, Japan, Mexico countries including California and New Jersey! There is no excuse for any parent to do the same as outlined above! i working 60-80 hour weeks working my emergency call center business, live voice 24-7-365 as well as being the first Kauai ambulance crew and Wilcox Hospital medical careers. As a USAF brat, I had excellent educational activities, every ten months transferred to a different base for 12-years until the last Hurrah Hickham AFB 1959, where my Intelligence officer dad, all military top secret concon developed per his orders towards the occupation/statehood ploy that continues to this dad with Zuckerberg and thise monied are trying to levy the Chinese Communist Party takeover of America. What you were were taught in public school History classes has been a lie, just like that of current maneuvers, but that is a whole other very different story.

“Evil era”? No logical thought put into that statement at all. Trump has done good things, and has even said dumb things. He met with North Korea, brokered middle east peace deals, reduced taxes, reduced illegal alien entries, removed unnecessary legislation. invoked policies that increased the ability of all American to invest in the stock market that has seen record gains, and made us proud to be Americans once again. He did this despite his faults. It’s the socialists, pro-antifa, and radical groups like BLM that want to destroy America with the full backing of the Democratic party. You know, the party that has never condemned any of the aforementioned groups. If Trump would have said “March down to the Capital to protest peacefully”, he would still be getting the blame for what idiots did on that day. Well, now you have China Joe Biden, socialist Harris, and the other anti-American congress member to deal with. You will see their true colors with higher taxes, more crime, more corruption, and less freedom (unless you want to be a drug addict). But you won’t change your mind because you have been indoctrinated. Satan is smiling right now.

Brilliant…the man will be gone in 8 days, so you are advocating for more dissension and national angst by asking for a 25th Amendment action?
Clearly, you have not read the amendment or the rationale for it. If you had, you would learn it was ratified to allow an incapacitated person to be removed from office. It was not created to satisfy political hatred of a man by opposing political types…or incompetent, ill-informed commenters.
In case you’re interested here it is:
    25th Amendment

The 25th Amendment, proposed by Congress and ratified by the states in the aftermath of the assassination of President John F. Kennedy, provides the procedures for replacing the president or vice president in the event of death, removal, resignation, or incapacitation. The Watergate scandal of the 1970s saw the application of these procedures, first when Gerald Ford replaced Spiro Agnew as vice president, then when he replaced Richard Nixon as president, and then when Nelson Rockefeller filled the resulting vacancy to become the vice president. Read more from the Congressional Research Service here….
    Primary tabs
    Amendment XXV
    Section 1.

In case of the removal of the President from office or of his death or resignation, the Vice President shall become President.
    Section 2.

Whenever there is a vacancy in the office of the Vice President, the President shall nominate a Vice President who shall take office upon confirmation by a majority vote of both Houses of Congress.
    Section 3.

Whenever the President transmits to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives his written declaration that he is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, and until he transmits to them a written declaration to the contrary, such powers and duties shall be discharged by the Vice President as Acting President.
    Section 4.

Whenever the Vice President and a majority of either the principal officers of the executive departments or of such other body as Congress may by law provide, transmit to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives their written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, the Vice President shall immediately assume the powers and duties of the office as Acting President.

Thereafter, when the President transmits to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives his written declaration that no inability exists, he shall resume the powers and duties of his office unless the Vice President and a majority of either the principal officers of the executive department or of such other body as Congress may by law provide, transmit within four days to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives their written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office. Thereupon Congress shall decide the issue, assembling within forty-eight hours for that purpose if not in session. If the Congress, within twenty-one days after receipt of the latter written declaration, or, if Congress is not in session, within twenty-one days after Congress is required to assemble, determines by two-thirds vote of both Houses that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, the Vice President shall continue to discharge the same as Acting President; otherwise, the President shall resume the powers and duties of his office.

How about “AINO”—American INO? Pence and his MIA Cabinet members: enablers turned poltroons. And where oh where are all the voices of our local Republican party establishment aka Trump booster wing? Check out tgi on Feb. 6, 2019, “Happy With This President” on the occasion of his SOTU speech:
…Gleeful and goosebump gushing praise for Trump’s MAGA agenda. It’s time for Trump enablers and apologists to stand up and own the disaster they helped foment.

“an incitement to insurrection was put forth by PINO”

What did “PINO” say? I hear a LOT of mindreaders telling us what he “meant” but no one seems to like to let you hear it from the “PINO”s mouth. Pretty sure I read him use terms like “remain peaceful” and “no violence”. Actually, those are literally the terms he used. Peaceful. No violence”. Unless those terms are a secret code known only by MAGA patriots, they don’t sound like words meant to be “an incitement to insurrection”.

Superintendent Zina and others repeatedly say “health and safety” guidelines are the reason they cannot open schools completely…

“Health and safety” is quite obviously the last thing driving any of these policies, and it doesn’t take more than a sixth grade education to see that! Unless of course that education was provided through programs funded by the King Pin of modern day book burning – Mark Zuckerberg – and his bought and paid for political talking heads doing his bidding while conveniently covering for him when caught violating statewide quarantine regulations!

Limiting in person class time, while subjecting our children to forced medical interventions that pose a risk to their physical and emotional well being is by no means creating an environment for them to thrive and grow. With a survival rate of 99.9% for Covid-19 among those in this age group and mounting evidence which proves that extended use of cloth face masks acts to PROMOTE the spread of illness, it is clear to see that “health and safety” falls to the wayside when there are contracts to be fulfilled and federal funding to be rewarded to those who fall in line with the agenda. It is clear to see that this agenda is intended to remove the HUMAN from humanity and pave the way for a technocratic dictatorship. Every single policy maker in our public school system is complicit with this agenda and they all should be ASHAMED!
