    The Kauaʿi Police Department is seeking the public’s help in identifying the man seen in the photo.

LIHU‘E — The Kauaʿi Police Department is seeking the public’s help in identifying the man seen in the photo. Police are looking to speak with him about an incident that occurred at Home Depot on Nov. 28.

At approximately 7:20 a.m., surveillance footage revealed that the man picked up two boxes of Milwaukee brand equipment worth around $500 and walked out of the store. According to a police report, store employees verbally tried to stop the male subject, but he ran toward Costco where they lost sight of him.

Anyone with information on this person is urged to contact KPD Dispatch at 241-1711.
