William David Kraushaar
William David Kraushaar, 69, of Kapa‘a, passed away at home on Nov. 24, 2020. He was born in Syracuse, New York on April 10, 1951, and was a quality assurance manager for Wyndham Resorts.
He was preceded in death by father Louis Kraushaar.
He is survived by fiancé Liza Sosa, mother Arlene Kraushaar and brother Louis (Elizabeth) Kraushaar.
Private services will be held by the family.
Kaua‘i Memorial Gardens &Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
Sonoko Kinoshita
Sonoko Kinoshita, 86, of Waimea, passed away at Kaua‘i Care Center on Nov. 29, 2020. She was born in Tokyo, Japan, on Feb. 21, 1934.
She was preceded in death by husband Walter Kinoshita, parents Otojiro and Hana Takahashi, brother Kyuichi Takahashi and sister Utako Umemoto.
She is survived by daughter Judy Kinoshita, son Charlie Kinoshita, brother Kiyohiko Takahashi, three grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Private services will be held at Kaua‘i Veterans Cemetery.
