Housing Agency announces procedure changes
LIHU‘E — The County Housing Agency announced the following changes in standard operating procedures, effective Monday, Nov. 30:
• The CHA will be closed to walk-in services and will be available by appointment only until further notice;
• Existing clients of the agency’s Section 8 Division should call their assigned caseworker directly. New clients who have not yet been assigned to a caseworker may call 241-4440;
• For assistance from the agency’s Development Division, an advance appointment is required. To make an appointment with the staff of the Development Division, call 241-4444.
