The County of Kauai needs to stop hiring these off island contractors to do jobs here on Kauai, using Kauai Contractors, and not paying their bills to the Kauai folks for years, but keep taking County of Kauai Tax payers money.

The owner doesnt even live in Hawaii anymore and has relocated to Las Vegas for years now. Kauai Administration needs to do their homework before awarding these jobs to off island contactors like Maui Kapono.
