On accusations of tampering with the election

In her recent letter (The Garden Island, Nov. 1), Janet Eisenbach asks several pointed questions, for which she certainly deserves better replies than she claims to have received from election officials. In the spirit of reciprocity, I have a few questions for her.

In her antepenultimate paragraph she writes, “ … I know that there are plenty of unscrupulous people who would do anything to steal this election.”

How does she know this? Has she been blessed with insight unavailable to benighted mortals like myself, to discern the thoughts and intentions of the human mind? Does this enable her to identify these legions of would-be fraudsters?

If it does, she would do the community and the nation a great service by pointing them out so that they can be swiftly and deservedly apprehended.

Please advise.

Hoy HMW, Ive got a legacy fulfillment task to complete and stoke the fires,, via my USAF Intelligence Officer dad, who supplied me with a footlocker full of unredacted top secret career documents that outlines the very people that JE or yourself know or may find very interesting, retroactively to today! Ive also got a large “conch shell” whistle that ive been actively blowing on for decades as it relates to ongoing terminal, fraudulent, criminal corruption that lives nicely undakavalava because there are so many transplanted americans that havent a clue what is continuing. All you have got to do is read today’s TGI to get an idea of some of the “who” they are. It is all a no-brainer for those of us who have lived it and has been “dead” center to these same activities, and that are nicely outlined in at least two books ‘pointy-fingered’ as conspiracy and that i Know you are aware of, as am I aware of, and that we have been paying attention to. Unfortunately, the cabal, the mongrel mob, the mexican-american mafia, and cultiers has removed forever, every semblance of a normal Kaua’i and has turned it into the evil that exudes their accociated practices. Even our new popo chief has no clue as he is busy with those “others”, police commissioners is another tag. It is my legacy to bring forward all the info that has been gathered, but much of it just duplicates and is so vastly outaline that IF there is a God, He Himself isnt making mention fo now. So with that in mind, I can allude, that Karma is at play and there is no need for me to go any further, mostly because I want to remain alive so as to gain more Fodder to the current laulau pit of uncouth peoples who think we don’t know their agenda and are actually supported by the ones that have no clue! I appreciate very much your publishing, but unless or until the top guns awaken, it is all business as usual. The adolescent treatment center turned offices is a huge example. COK, the Prosecuting attorney, Private investigator, victim witness, are ready to move into and overtake the ATC, as well as most if not all the retroactive to current KPD officers, council, Mayors, department heads, KHS, KIUC, Danner, DLNR, other corporates and nonprofit corporates and the many MANY more individuals that are or have been playing their cards “close to the cuff”. It all is just a matter of time before they will be called upon to “fess up” or we continue to “cut bait”.

Gezzuz, D, you got too much time on your hands. I hear Senior Centers need cafeteria helpers/volunteers.

Perhaps Janet was referring to the current GOP &/or the Dixie Democrats of years-gone-by in their many attempts to disenfranchise black & brown American voters. It’s all there in black & white, pardon the pun.

People who don’t do their homework will believe anything. Their fellow citizens who do can only roll their eyes.

I too have been very concerned about stolen elections. Elections are routinely “stolen” from the one-person-one-vote ideal by several means:

    1) gerrymandering
    2) any election for Senators, in which each vote in a low-population state counts for much more than a vote in a high-population state
    3) Electoral College disregarding the popular vote

I hope someday this country will implement true representative government by treating every vote equally, and disbanding the Electoral College altogether.

The US is a constitutional republic, not a pure Democracy and that is how the founders wanted it.

True, each state elects two senators regardless of population. This gives Hawaii equal standing with other states in issues the senate handles: approval of treaties, confirmation of supreme court justices, cabinet secretaries, federal judges, ambassadors etc.

Without the electoral college, presidential candidates will come from heavily populated American cities , and they will limit their campaigns to those cities. When elected they will naturally cater to the needs of their constituents first —–those same cities.

Having 2 Senators per State will not change if the Electoral College is abolished. Each citizen’s vote should count the same as every other citizen, regardless of where they reside. It’s the only fair way to elect a President. To my knowledge, all other elections in the US are by majority vote.

48 states have a winner-takes-all system in electing the President.
The candidate with the most vote wins all the state’s electoral vote.
The number of electoral votes each state gets however, depends on their representation in congress—–House and Senate.

Each state gets two senators regardless of population. So without the electoral college system in selecting Presidents, Hawaii and other small states will take a backseat to populated states. To remove the electoral college you will need a majority of states to approve them, and smaller states are not likely to vote for it

She knows this because she has eyes, ears, and a brain that works. With all those in good working order, anyone can see that rigging an election is happening. The postal workers who place thousands of voting envelopes in garbage dumpsters, the organizations of Democrats’ who target old folks homes and homeless shelters, hire buses to bus voters to “Party” locations as long as they vote Democrat, and we won’t mention the several thousands of fake driver’s licenses apprehended coming into the Country from China a month ago that could be used for illegals voting. We won’t mention the close to 3 million people who voted in 2016 in California who later filled out “Non Citizen” on their Jury duty requests as reasons they couldn’t be on jury duty! Time to wake up and change the entire structure of how we vote! In person, voter ID, and instant identifying software is a start!

trump formed a commission on the 3 mil voters in CA in 2017. It was quietly disbanded a bit later when it became obvious that no such thing had happened. The mootness comes from Clinton and Biden winning CA by 4 mil. The hootness comes the very idea that you could hide anything 3 mil people could do in a Post Watergate World.

To whom should one report an intelligence officer’s release of unredacted top secret documents to a civilian?

There is Nobody to report to, dad deceased over twenty years. Legacy and conspiracy are vastly different terminologies! The career footlocker is part of the “trust” that tribunal attornies developed long ago and then the footlocker was given to me in 2011, and which has alongside military tribunal, the birthers, trump or millions of other military strategists including all USAF, Marine, Navy, Army, NASA, even as far back as the “black horse Calvary” brigade interactions and, warm bodies that have already corroborated much of what was received. Due to the content of these same valuable documents is how weve been able to have continuing Military tribunal support/FBI/DEA and team RICO involved, to assure all those current criminals to the arears, retroactive will “Pay to Play”. Names, Rank, and dogtag numbers are highlighted and their crooked, self-crowned activities are well on their way to determining who is in the GITMO line, from D.C. TOP to Fake state Bottom of Kauai, (left right and black lives matter inbetween) especially Vandenberg AFB as it relates to PMRF USAF, NASA Direct energy weapons, downed tour helicoptorS, and Kokee mountain Chaff, as well as the location being the furthest west Crown Lands Island that was stolen by the same u.s.a military faction. It is a no-brainer that amur-ika, Igenoring et al or like-minded lineal descendants no longer can dismiss truth, integrity, ‘black and white’ (pun intended) paperwork, and are squarly part of the pickled purple people eaters from 60+ years earlier.

Could someone provide evidence, at least outside of your Uncles old breifcase.

The only evidence of voter fraud that I’m suspicious of is how many people would actually vote for the spray tan con man. His four years* will cause more lasting damage to this country than any previous President*.

I consider myself an Independent , because I don’t find either side has the whole answer to anything. For me I see the solutions generally lie somewhere between the divergent positions both parties take. As far as claims of election interference go some are far fetched and some have some legitamacy. I would say the most effective way to influence the election would be through all the computer related functions of the election. If one wanted to investigate this would be the place to look, it is far easier to manipulate the data electronically than by putting 10’s of thousands of fraudulant ballots into the system. We should bear in mind there are many entities that would have an interest in influencing the election beyond just Democrat or Republicans. China, Iran, Russia and more countries would like a certain outcome. An individual hacker could do it for their own motives.
Any suspicious circumstances in the election procedures should be investigated to preserve the faith in the election system. Perhaps Mr. Biden could endorse such investigations to strengthen his pronouncement of unifying the country. Such investigations would uncover the truth either way. It may or may not change the outcome but eliminating all hints of interference would go a long way towards transparency.
