Aunty Lilikoi Products is offering a slice of lilikoi chiffon pie with a $30 purchase to celebrate the Waimea shop’s 30th anniversary (sounds like a good break when heading out to Kekaha for those free pumpkins at the H.P. Faye Park. Wes Perreira and the Hawai‘i Foodbank Kaua‘i Branch are offering a pop-up Kokua No Ka ‘Ohana food distribution at the same time (need to have appointment).
Kudos to the Contractors Association of Kaua‘i and Lori Almarza and the Kaua‘i United Way ‘ohana on back-to-back successful golf events. Kellie Hines was working hard at the Ocean Course at Hokuala.
Kaylynn Drake and her Kekua Aloha Foundation will be waiting to welcome you to the Honor Bead Drive-Thru Saturday at the Paniolo Santa Maria BBQ in Kapa‘a, where you can probably get an honor bead (how do you wear them?) with the pre-ordered Paniolo Grill lunch, and still have time to check out the new shop that will be doing grand-opening things across from Java Kai (is it next to Orchid Alley?).
And, for the younger set (up to 12 years old), Julie Benson starts the Hawai‘i Children’s Theatre program on Saturdays for the next six weeks at the Puhi Theatrical Warehouse behind Grove Farm headquarters.
