LIHU‘E — “You gotta eat the kulolo, today,” said Kaua‘i Retired Senior Volunteer Program Advisory Council member Wilma Chandler, Wednesday while helping off-load packages for the Samuel Mahelona Memorial Hospital Emergency Room.
