PO‘IPU — Reservations for the second mass-meal distribution are currently being accepted at wedonatedyoudine.com, or by calling 639-5083 for a hot, nutritious meal that will be distributed drive-thru Friday at Sheraton Kaua‘i Resort starting at 11 a.m.
There is a suggested deadline of placing reservations by today to facilitate the processing and preparation for the meals that topped more than 2,000 when last presented by the We Donated. You Dine program two weeks ago.
Due to the success of the previous event, Friday’s event is being sponsored by the Hawai‘i Lodging & Tourism Association Kaua‘i Chapter, and the Charity Walk Kaua‘i joining the partnership of the Sheraton Kaua‘i Resort, The Shops at Kukui‘ula, Kaua‘i Down Under Dive Team, and the Kaua‘i Independent Food Bank.
