Ralph Henry Grijalva

Ralph Henry Grijalva, 57, of Kilauea, passed away at home on Nov. 26, 2019. He was born in California on May 3, 1962, and was employed as a maintenance supervisor with Sealodge Resort in Princeville and proprietor of Kilauea Custom Homes.

He was preceded in death by father Eugene Manriquez, brother Tom Manriquez, and grandparents Ralph and Henrietta Grijalva and Eleanor Perez.

He is survived by daughters Shanice Grijalva, Sanoe Grijalva and Ella Grijalva, parents Judy Manriquez and Ralph Grijalva, brothers Jeffrey (Brenda) Grijalva, Gene Manriquez Jr. and Jeanie (Danny) Cornet, and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

A memorial paddleout will be announced on social media.

Kauai Memorial Gardens &Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.

Doreen Tomiko Inazu

Doreen Tomiko Inazu passed away on Nov. 17, 2019, at her home in Kekaha, at the age of 96.

Born on Jan. 3, 1923, in Waimea, she was an executive secretary at the Kekaha Sugar Company.

She is survived by husband Sadao Inazu, daughters Claire (Soren) Seaver and Haidee Inazu, sister Chiyoko Hashimoto, one grandchild and one great-grandchild.

A celebration of life will be held on Friday, Jan. 3, 2020, at 10 a.m. at Borthwick Kauai Mortuary in Koloa.
