Arnold Leong said there is a new flavor to his offering of Flying Saucers after he was hired to cater a party. Arnold was chef-ing for the Hawaii Islanders baseball program that was fundraising at the Chiefess Kamakahelei Middle School craft fair where Kevin Matsunaga was M-I-A because he was running a marathon in Las Vegas.
