State should hold responsible those who damaged bridge
Mr. Koga. I fully agree that, “the crane company who ran into and damage the Eleele walk over bridge should be responsible for a complete and safe repair.” Not just temporary! The taxpayers shouldn’t pay for any of it.

then end up damaging another
classic case of irony
The trucking company should have insurance, so hold them responsible for the damages just like an individual would be responsible if they damaged a telephone pole or other property. Let the taxpayers off the hook.
