POIPU — Look better to feel better, said Brian Dilley, business manager for Vitality Kauai Medspa and Rejuvenation Center that opened recently at The Shops at Kukuiula.

“Look at me,” Dilley said. “I’m proof.”

Dr. Betty Dilley, Vitality Kauai’s owner and founder, said they offer minimally invasive treatments for aesthetic procedures to help clients look refreshed and rejuvenated in a natural way.

“We are honored to open our new office at The Shops at Kukuiula,” Betty Dilley said. “We cannot wait to celebrate with our clients and welcome everyone.”

Using culturally influenced and scientific approaches to skin care, Vitality Kauai’s services utilize state-of-the-art equipment.

One of these treatments is the salt facial skin renewal therapy that recognizes the healing properties of sea salt known by Native Hawaiians. The procedure is safe, comfortable and effective, Betty Dilley said.

The procedure disinfects and draws out impurities in the skin, nurtures and hydrates at the cellular level, and has been cleared for the treatment of acne and other clinical conditions.

Other services include truSculpt iD, which offers non-surgical body sculpting treatment, Botox and Dysport, dermal fillers, microneedling, also known as Collagen Induction Therapy, and chemical peels.

“As the first and only provider in Hawaii of truSculpt iD, a revolutionary. non-surgical, body-contouring treatment, Vitality Kauai is passionate about helping clients look and feel beautiful,” Betty Dilley said. “Treatments are for both men and women.”

Treatments take place in a natural setting that starts with the calming waiting room and treatment room that offers a panoramic ocean view.

“A lot of our clients like to come in early so they can enjoy a cup of coffee in the waiting room before their treatment,” Brian Dilley said. “Since opening, people have been dropping off so many flowers that only adds to the treatment environment.”
