HAENA — Friends of Kalalau Trail is inviting volunteers to work on the Kalalau Trail on Saturday.
Those interested should meet at Ke‘e Beach in Haena State Park at 7:45 a.m. and RSVP to Mark Hubbard if attending, as he has information on parking reservations and would like a headcount of who will be helping with the cleanup of the first two miles of the Kalalau Trail.
Bring food, water, eye protection, gloves and closed-toed shoes. Tools will be provided.
“Welcome back after more than a year’s absence,” Hubbard said.
