LIHUE — Work on Hardy and Umi streets, in the roundabout, concluded Monday and work on Haleko Road is rescheduled for today through July 4.
Department of Public Works announces both lanes will be closed on Haleko Road, from Pua Loke Street to Rice Street, from July 2 to 4 to allow Maui Kupono Builders to conduct road construction work from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., weather permitting.
Only motorists visiting businesses along Haleko Road will be allowed to enter the work zone. Flaggers will be positioned to assist motorists during these closures.
