Hale Opio mothers and daughters are ready to welcome the community’s mothers and daughters during the Mothers-Daughters Tea at the Queen Liliuokalani Children’s Center in Lihue.

Kudos to the mother-daughter teams at Hale Opio for coordinating the successful Mothers-Daughters Tea for about 40 of the community’s mothers and daughters! Val Faford of Hale Opio said the goal was to improve communication and build trust between mothers and their children. Another event is planned for Father’s Day.
