Pompeo prioritizes Venezuela crisis on Latin American tour

ASUNCION, Paraguay — U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo called Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro on Saturday a “tyrant” who has caused the ruin of the South American country and its people.
