‘Kitten Shower’ is Saturday

PUHI — The Kauai Humane Society is having a “Kitten Shower” from 1 to 3 p.m. Saturday. There will be refreshments, games, prizes and, yes, kittens.

“More and more kittens are arriving at the shelter every day,” according to a KHS notice.

And that means more help is needed to care for them.

One way to help is by fostering.

Another is by volunteering to clean cat cages at the shelter.

A third is by hosting donation drives to get the supplies KHS needs to care for kittens.

I’ll donate toward euthanasia, for unwanted. Don’t make animals suffer in shelter due to ignorant people.
