“The Energy Information Administration weekly report showed that western U.S. gasoline stocks decreased slightly by approximately 200,000 barrels to 32.6 million barrels,” according to Liane Sumida, AAA Hawaii general manager. “Stocks are approximately 2.4 million barrels lower than at this time last year, which could pose a risk of higher retail prices if there is a supply challenge in the area.”
