As stated in the United Nations Security Council memorandum of Feb. 25, 2018, our kingdom is fully operational and under a strange form of occupation, by the army known as the state of Hawaii and paid by the terroristic nation of the United States of America.
This is a war crime and a human rights violation by international laws, treaty agreements and the sovereign nation constitution. By the unalienable rights granted by Jehovah and our king, we will be enforcing our constitutional rights and laws as our king has laid them down as the legal title and land owner and legal representatives of the treaty nation.

U.N. Security Council’s Memo of February 25, 2018, some 6 calendar days in the future, has no standing in the United States, much less the State of Hawaii. Mr. Kamai, your letter is worst than the BuzzFeed article posted about President Trump and his former attorney Cohen lies before Congress.
History details quite explicitly that wherever the white man goes, he tramples on the rights of others that were there before him. What’s that old saying that Minchener put in his book? Wasn’t it; “the missionaries came to do well and they did very well.” They brought there greed and diseases and then stole what ever they could. How can it be that white people own Niihau? Read up on Hawaiian history and you will see how the greedy and wealthy white men overthrew the Queen of Hawaii.

On November 28, 1843 Ko Hawai’i Pae ‘Aina was recognized as an independent sovereign Nation-State by the Anglo-Franco Proclamation The following year the United States also recognized the Hawaiian Kingdom. 93 Treaties around the globe and the first non-European country in the Family of Nations. Means the USA knew what they were doing in 1893 by landing the Marines backing the Committee of 13 Although we we’re fooled by their lies, truth has caught up to all the deception! Public Law 106-150 is their admission to this crime!
What is happening here is Crimes Against Humanity! With the February 26, 2018 letter of Alfred deZayas from the UN Human Rights Commission, there is even more proof of these crimes. It’s time to address the issue! Ko Hawai’i Pae ‘Aina continues to exist in continuity! The USA is in violation of both the Hague and Geneva Conventions. Hawaiian Kingdom law is the law of these islands and that is what must be followed. Start by looking at the 1839 Declaration of Rights! Soon there will be a tribunal and all who continue to enforce US law will be held accountable!
Japan’s royal family had close ties to the Hawaiian ruling class and recognized it as a sovereign nation with a large Japanese work force under permission to work here by the King of Hawaii. There were already official ties between both nations so why would Japan even consider attacking and taking over Hawaii when there were already an open dialogue?
Its just another paranoid ruse by the US to justify its illegal overthrow of Hawaii based on fear as was done in the invasion of Iraq and many other sovereign nations.
Now as a matter of historical fact, it is well known that during the period when Hawaii was a sovereign nation, its Hawaiian population had the highest rates in education, health and economics with zero homelessness and the first to have electricity even before America! Look at the outrageous monetary ratio they rent ceded lands at $1 dollar a year for 99 years on such projects like the Arizona display in Pearl Harbor where private contractor pay the bully $hundreds of thousands in which the puppet the State supposed to give OHA a 20% compensation which is not done.
What I disagree with this declaration is the mention of “Jehova” a false Christian tyant “god” a degenerate religion that oppresses all native peoples on the planet.

What was written was this: “…the lawful political status of the Hawaiian islands is that of a sovereign nation-state in continuity; but a nation-state that is under a strange form of occupation by the United States resulting from an illegal military occupation and a fraudulent annexation.” “…resulting from…”: a subtle, but significant difference from what you wrote.
This was NOT, as you stated, a United Nations Security Council memorandum. It was a memorandum from Dr. Alfred M. deZayas, a U. N. independent expert from the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights.
What happened in 1893, happened. Yes, how it was achieved was deplorable. But, in reality, it began 70 years earlier, in 1820, when the Hawaiian people first welcomed Christian missionaries to their shores. Maybe the blame should be placed on Queen Kaahumanu, who so embraced Christianity, that she imposed it on the rest of the Hawaiian Kingdom and banned Hawaiian religious practices entirely. The impact of the missionaries on the Hawaiian Kingdom cannot be underestimated.
