Sovereign nation, Ko Hawaii Pae Aina of 1843, is alive, well

Editor’s note: Thursday was the 126th anniversary of the overthrow of Hawaiian Queen Lili‘uokalani, which happened on Jan. 17, 1893.

As stated in the United Nations Security Council memorandum of Feb. 25, 2018, our kingdom is fully operational and under a strange form of occupation, by the army known as the state of Hawaii and paid by the terroristic nation of the United States of America.

This is a war crime and a human rights violation by international laws, treaty agreements and the sovereign nation constitution. By the unalienable rights granted by Jehovah and our king, we will be enforcing our constitutional rights and laws as our king has laid them down as the legal title and land owner and legal representatives of the treaty nation.

We have dominion rights and powers given to me by the sovereign himself. By unbroken lineal descendancy and genealogical history. My vested rights and interest are protected by the law.

To all whom this may affect directly or indirectly. To the belligerent force illegally occupying our peaceful and friendly nation. The private mercenaries’ army known as the state of Hawaii and paid by the terroristic organization and nation of the United States of America.

Let it be known that my borders and boundaries are clearly marked and under the rules and requirements shown on the maritime navigational charts, by the laws of water and guidelines of the laws of sea.

From baseline, the underwater sea shelf of cliffs 336 nautical miles out to sea to the heritage from Kalei to Napali, these are my territorial waters of our neutral nations. We are not a combative nation and need to protect our borders from intruders, foreign and domestic.

Be it known to all federal and state employees, that each and every one of you are in violation of both international and Hawaiian kingdom law.

The state of Hawaii: Each employee and any entity associated with the state of Hawaii, you are acting as private mercenaries paid by the United State of America.

By the U.S. Constitution, the illegal and unlawful acts committed by the corporate pirates and paid by this terroristic nation are in direct violation of both international law and their own constitution, and they have no jurisdiction of any kind of any true authority.

Those who are employed by them are accessories to the crime and could be charged by law. Each individual will be held liable for their own actions. The fraudulent intentions and deceitful mannerisms of these two corporations to deprive the only true and legal title and landowner of their health, wealth, and property is a criminal activity and war crime.

I, Konohiki, Hinano Kaleleiki with dominion rights, powers, and vested interests through unbroken lineal descendants and genealogical history. I represent the treaty nation Ko Hawaii Pae Aina of 1843. It is with great pride and humility that I inform you of my existence with governing and prosecuting powers through our constitution of 1843 along with international and maritime laws, which the kingdom of Hawaii shall enforce to the fullest extent of the law.

    Aloha Kakou, and Duane,

With all respect due, do you believe that some respect may be owed to the USA in consideration of back then the potential for the, at the time, 2 rather ruthless nations in opposition to The ALLIES of at least the World War II, and what the other alternative would have been for you and the peaceful Hawaiian Kingdom had the 2 AXIS war starters prevailed in that war.

Who would have protected your health, wealth, and property; and your wahine and keiki from that conquering duo.

The employees of Federal and State jobs, aren’t they just people like you trying to support their families, and if the Hawaiian Kingdom prevailed all these generations, wouldn’t these same people be working for the Kingdom in order to support their families?

Your dark picture of the current world is remiss if you discount the safety of the Hawaiian women and children since August 15, 1945; the end of that war in the Pacific.

Let us never forget the overthrow of the Queen and the Sovereignty at the near closure of the 20th Century, wasn’t it 1895?

And let us never forget the massacre of a 1/4 million civilian people during the invasion in Manila alone during the insane time of World War II…!

Pearce is the preference of thinking People.

Have you checked the incorrect Metes and Bounds, No treaty of peace, annexation three time dismissed via congress, so “joint resolution”. It mightve been appropriate that you went to Oahu legislature and saw what is trully YING and YANG. So obvious that those in suit tie muumuu and lei are holding their okole as is the ooops fema missile guy seated next to military. Soon, they have NO choice, judiciary and transports to alcatraz for those complicit with the ORIGINAL LIE and subsequent criminality that lays squarely on the SENATE floor of OUR building, not yours or your policies prosedures maneuvers manipulations. HEWALOA!!!. Note the underside of the Ledge bldg is representative of a volcano, while the outside hides within different architecture. LOL glad i didnt have to look at Conklin who probably hid behind some wall, if he even bothered to attend.

If the US and the state of Hawaii are so bad, you need to stop living off of everything they represent, and everything they bring to you for your great life. No infrastructure usage for you!

U.N. Security Council’s Memo of February 25, 2018, some 6 calendar days in the future, has no standing in the United States, much less the State of Hawaii. Mr. Kamai, your letter is worst than the BuzzFeed article posted about President Trump and his former attorney Cohen lies before Congress.

History details quite explicitly that wherever the white man goes, he tramples on the rights of others that were there before him. What’s that old saying that Minchener put in his book? Wasn’t it; “the missionaries came to do well and they did very well.” They brought there greed and diseases and then stole what ever they could. How can it be that white people own Niihau? Read up on Hawaiian history and you will see how the greedy and wealthy white men overthrew the Queen of Hawaii.

So you feel God has Given you and the Hawaiian people the land and it was from 1843 that International laws exist. Maritime traders, apart from the United States is the reason for their “federal and State” workers being charged of trespassing against the Hawaiian Kingdom of 1843. Then by what authority did the Hawaiian KIngdom choose to cooperate with these maritime traders since 1843? Their own accord.

Under the Monarchy, do you feel that your deeds were under the laws of the land and that the laws was from God? And that this laws, was the binding force that made you slaves of the laws. If so, does being in this situation, apart from the laws, free you from being under the laws? Then by God’s authority, you choose to live by the laws or then Forgiven by God, not under the law, but under one faith in God. Do you feel this way? Thou shalt not steal. Under the monarchy.

I was just curious of the Hawaiian people.

    Ahhh, the “Sovereignty Movement”…..

Yes, let’s worry about something that happened 8 generations ago.

EVERY civilization has been conquered, reconquered, occupied, reoccupied, since the beginning of man.

Um, like, um, how far would you like to go back?? How about 600 years instead? Let’s see who can play the victim card best!

No one has time for the Sovereignty stuff but the unemployed. Your life is fine. Stop the madness!

On November 28, 1843 Ko Hawai’i Pae ‘Aina was recognized as an independent sovereign Nation-State by the Anglo-Franco Proclamation The following year the United States also recognized the Hawaiian Kingdom. 93 Treaties around the globe and the first non-European country in the Family of Nations. Means the USA knew what they were doing in 1893 by landing the Marines backing the Committee of 13 Although we we’re fooled by their lies, truth has caught up to all the deception! Public Law 106-150 is their admission to this crime!

What is happening here is Crimes Against Humanity! With the February 26, 2018 letter of Alfred deZayas from the UN Human Rights Commission, there is even more proof of these crimes. It’s time to address the issue! Ko Hawai’i Pae ‘Aina continues to exist in continuity! The USA is in violation of both the Hague and Geneva Conventions. Hawaiian Kingdom law is the law of these islands and that is what must be followed. Start by looking at the 1839 Declaration of Rights! Soon there will be a tribunal and all who continue to enforce US law will be held accountable!

Japan’s royal family had close ties to the Hawaiian ruling class and recognized it as a sovereign nation with a large Japanese work force under permission to work here by the King of Hawaii. There were already official ties between both nations so why would Japan even consider attacking and taking over Hawaii when there were already an open dialogue?

Its just another paranoid ruse by the US to justify its illegal overthrow of Hawaii based on fear as was done in the invasion of Iraq and many other sovereign nations.

Now as a matter of historical fact, it is well known that during the period when Hawaii was a sovereign nation, its Hawaiian population had the highest rates in education, health and economics with zero homelessness and the first to have electricity even before America! That all changed for the worst once the bully took over. So don’t talk about the table scraps thrown out to Hawaiians after the bully eats all the food at the table to the very day.

Look at the outrageous monetary ratio they rent ceded lands at $1 dollar a year for 99 years on such projects like the Arizona display in Pearl Harbor where private contractor pay the bully $hundreds of thousands in which the puppet the State supposed to give OHA a 20% compensation which is not done.

What I disagree with this declaration is the mention of “Jehova” a false Christian tyant “god” a degenerate religion that oppresses all native peoples on the planet.

Strong words. But they aren’t the actual ones contained in the memorandum.

What was written was this: “…the lawful political status of the Hawaiian islands is that of a sovereign nation-state in continuity; but a nation-state that is under a strange form of occupation by the United States resulting from an illegal military occupation and a fraudulent annexation.” “…resulting from…”: a subtle, but significant difference from what you wrote.

This was NOT, as you stated, a United Nations Security Council memorandum. It was a memorandum from Dr. Alfred M. deZayas, a U. N. independent expert from the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights.

What happened in 1893, happened. Yes, how it was achieved was deplorable. But, in reality, it began 70 years earlier, in 1820, when the Hawaiian people first welcomed Christian missionaries to their shores. Maybe the blame should be placed on Queen Kaahumanu, who so embraced Christianity, that she imposed it on the rest of the Hawaiian Kingdom and banned Hawaiian religious practices entirely. The impact of the missionaries on the Hawaiian Kingdom cannot be underestimated.
