Peyton and Taylor Tagavilla make their choices of projects from the create-a-project section of the Kauai Made Holly Jolly Holiday Fair provided by The Home Depot at the front parking lot of the former Big Kmart store Saturday.

Kudos to Melissia Sugai, Nalani Brun and the organizers of the Kauai Made Holly Jolly Holiday Fair that attracted a large crowd (who said there was no parking?) to the front parking lot of the former Big Kmart store. Elsie Bayot of the Kauai Veterans Memorial Hospital activities section was all over the place, helping at the Samuel Mahelona Memorial Hospital Christmas party for its residents, escorting seven of the KVMH residents to the Kauai Shinbuyo Kai Japanese dance presentation in honor of Aiko Nakaya at Kukui Grove Center (see, there was activity going on there, too!), and getting up early to set up the tent reserving space for the KVMH residents to view the Waimea Lighted Christmas Parade. When do we rest?
