Jezlene Rualizo
Jezlene Rualizo, 15, of Lihue, passed away on Nov. 24, 2018, at Kapiolani Children’s Hospital.
Born on March 19, 2003 in Lihue, she was a student at Kauai High School.
She is survived by parents Jessie and Lina Rualizo of Lihue, grandparents Vicente and Estrellita Rualizo of Lihue and Estrella Macadangdang of Koloa, numerous uncles, aunts and cousins, and many friends.
Friends may visit with the family on Saturday, Dec. 22, at St. Raphael Church in Koloa from 8 to 9:45 a.m., where Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Burial will follow at Kauai Memorial Gardens.
The family suggests casual attire.
Borthwick Kauai Mortuary is assisting the family with arrangements.
