China’s Xi visits Philippines to deepen ties with US ally
MANILA, Philippines — Chinese President Xi Jinping received a red-carpet welcome in the Philippines on Tuesday, as he paid his first visit to the U.S. treaty ally with offers of infrastructure loans and new accords to prevent clashes and possibly explore for oil and gas in the disputed South China Sea.

It is a well known fact that China only hires Chinese for infrasture projects, often sending $billion back to their homelands.
Instead, Filipinos should develop their own industries and replace the Chinese workers because many foreign companies would gladly do business and not be blackmailed by China who wants their copyrights so they can steal their products and sell it without pay royalty fees to those who develop these products. Phillipines already won their case, but the Chinese wants them to ignore it so they can rip off the Filipinos.
