LIHUE — The Hawaii Department of Education will be hosting a public meeting tonight to receive input on recent changes to the student misconduct and discipline code and civil rights policy and complaint procedures against adults.
LIHUE — The Hawaii Department of Education will be hosting a public meeting tonight to receive input on recent changes to the student misconduct and discipline code and civil rights policy and complaint procedures against adults.
The meeting is scheduled from 5 to 7 at Chiefess Kamakahelei Middle School.
Among the changes were the combined definitions of bullying and harassment in order to reduce confusion for school administrators in trying to distinguish the difference between the two.
