LIHUE — As part of the West Kauai Community Plan process, community design workshops are scheduled for Hanapepe-Eleele, Waimea and Kekaha.
The events will examine the form and character of West Kauai’s town centers including issues related to housing, shared spaces, connectivity and traffic circulation.
Participants will have the opportunity to discuss what degree of change is desired or expected for each community, and the ways in which places can be preserved, evolved or transformed over the next 20 years.
