Felicencia ‘Ising’ Rivera Galicinao
Felicencia “Ising” Rivera Galicinao, 99, of Kaumakani, passed away on Aug. 9, 2018, at Hale Kupuna Heritage Home in Omao.
She was born on Nov. 26, 1918, in the Philippines.
She was preceded in death by husbands Felomino Baxa and Jose Galicinao, and son Joseph Baxa.
She is survived by children Gloria Baxa Ordinario, Albert (Judy) Baxa, Nancy Galicinao and Richard (Susan) Galicinao, brother Paustino (Yvonne) Rivera, four grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild, and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Friends may visit with the family on Saturday, Sept. 15, at West Kauai United Methodist Church in Kaumakani, at 9 a.m.
The family suggests casual attire.
Borthwick Kauai Mortuary is assisting the family with arrangements.
