It is a good thing the weather turned nice as Kauai Police Department officers Sgt. Clyde Caires, Sgt. Lance Okasaki and Sgt. John Mullineux, and Kauai Fire Department firefighters Jason Poloa and Abraham Moore take to the Walmart Lihue store rooftop for the annual Cop on Top fundraiser for Special Olympics that runs until Saturday afternoon.

“Someone should sing for them,” said Larry Rivera, who got out his ukulele and started playing for the three Kauai Police Department officers and two Kauai Fire Department firefighters at the Cop on Top fundraiser for Special Olympics at the Walmart store in Lihue.

Larry Rivera couldn’t resist digging out his ukulele and sound system from his Honda as he spied Kauai Police Department Sgts. Clyde Caires, Lance Okasaki and John Mullineux, and Kauai Fire Department Firefighters Jason Poloa and Abraham Moore, on top of the rooftop at the Walmart store Friday for the Cop on Top fundraising campaign that benefits Kauai Special Olympics (Coach Tamarine Carvalho said she could do the half marathon).
