Hawaii counties sue state to block tax ballot question
HONOLULU — Hawaii counties are seeking to block a ballot question that would amend the state constitution to give the Legislature the power to tax investment real estate to fund schools.

There should be no capability to tax real property, period! When one works and earns the ownership of anything, the Government should not have the ability to take their hard earned ownership away because of non tax payment. The further we go down that road, the more clearly one would understand that the individual is forbidden to own anything in their lives that has anything to do with the shelter necessary for themselves, their families and others. Food, Shelter, and Clothing should be basic items OWNED BY THE PEOPLE AND NOT AN INEPT GOVERNMENT! If the Government can take your property away for an arbitrary failure to pay a tax reason, YOU DON’T OWN IT!
