Juli Ann Mira
Juli Ann Mira, 54, of Lihue, passed away on July 21, 2018, at Wilcox Medical Center. Born on Oct. 26, 1963, in Waimea, she was an administration clerk for state Department of Transportation Airports Division.
She was preceded in death by parents, Zoilo and Juliette Mira.
She is survived by son, Reno Jazz Mira of Lihue; daughter, Nagel Stoli Mira of Lihue; brothers, Anthony M. (Joanne) Mira of San Francisco, Jeff (Lisa) Mira of Wailua Homesteads, Greg (Monika) Mira of Eleele, Tim (Lynn) Mira of Kalaheo; numerous uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Friends may visit with the family on Saturday, Aug. 11, at Garden Island Mortuary chapel in Lawai from 9 to 10:15 a.m., where a celebration of life will be at 10:30 a.m.
The family suggests casual attire.

Kale Keith Camacho
Kale Keith Camacho, 27, of Hanamaulu, passed away on July 4, 2018, at his home in Hanamaulu. Born on Nov. 15, 1990, in Kona, Hawaii, he was a service station attendant at Hanamaulu Service Station.
He was preceded in death by father, Sheldon Eric Camacho.
He is survived by mother, Linda (John) Davis; brothers, Palani (Dayla) Camacho of Kekaha, Ikaika (Kathleen) Camacho of Lawai and Keolamaikalani Joshua Camacho of Hanamaulu; paternal grandparents, Donald and Carole La‘a; sister, Erica-Shay Paishon Camacho of Kona; nephews, Seoni Castillo, Kaden Andres, Ty Camacho, Kaimana Camacho, Wyatt Camacho and Kupono Paishon Balgas; nieces, Shelbri-
Ann Cosier, Charli Camacho and Makamae Paishon Balgas; numerous uncles, aunts and cousins.
Friends may visit with the family on Saturday, Aug. 18, 2018, at Garden Island Mortuary chapel in Lawai from 9 to 10:45 a.m., where services will be celebrated at 11 a.m.

Dolores M. Dugan
Dolores M. Dugan, 89, passed away on May 28, 2016, in Boise, Idaho. She had just returned to Boise after living for the past 24 years on her beloved island of Kauai. She was born on May 8, 1927, in Frazee, Minnesota, to Ann and Harold Rathbun.
She is survived by sons, Timothy Dugan of Portland, Oregon, Kevin Dugan of Portland, Oregon and Jeffrey Dugan of San Jose, California; daughter, Lisa (Mark) Olberding of Boise, Idaho; grandchildren, Shannon, Jennifer, Kristi, Kiera and Krysta, and 11 great-grandchildren.
She was at home on the island of Kauai, and this is where she will be laid to rest by her family. Her ashes will be placed at Lihue Lutheran Church and scattered at Hanalei Bay.
A memorial service will be held at the Lihue Lutheran Church on Sunday, Aug. 12, at 10:15 a.m. Burial will follow. Refreshments will be served.
The Rev. Thomas J. Cassidy
The Rev. Thomas J. Cassidy of Hemet, California, passed away at the age of 84 on July 9, 2018. He was born Nov. 26, 1933, in Bozeman, Montana.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 49 years, Annette C. Cassidy and sister, Sr. Judine Cassidy.
He is survived by stepchildren, Sue (Solomon) Kanoho, Mike Chisholm, John (fiancé Naomi Taniguchi) Chisholm and Greg (Karin) Cassidy; grandchildren, Justin Kanoho, Brittaney Chisholm, Emma and Zoe Chisholm and Brianne and Bridget Cassidy; brothers, Bob Cassidy and Jim Cassidy; sister-in-law, Cathy (Bill) Coulson-Keegan; numerous nephews and nieces.
A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, Aug. 29, from 5 to 6:30 p.m. at Poipu Beach Park pavilion.

Charles “Charlie” Franklin Soto Sr., 72, of Kapaa, passed away on July 12, 2018, at Samuel Mahelona Memorial Hospital. He was born on May 31, 1946 in Lihue, and was a retired landscaper.
He was preceded in death by parents, Cataline Carley Soto and Rose Mary Soto, and sister, Barbara Soto.
