David Andrew Cougill
David Andrew Cougill, 57, of Princeville, passed away at home on July 28, 2018. He was born in Indiana on Nov. 6, 1960. David passed peacefully at sunset, one of his favorite times of the day.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Todd and Jeanne; brother, Jeff; brother-in-law, Ron and sister-in-law, Janet.
David is survived by his siblings, Steve (Linda), Kevin (Mickey), Jim (Paulette), Joe, Bobby (Peggy), Christy (Dick Gray); sister-in-law, Earlene; numerous nieces, nephews and friends on the Mainland.
While living in Princeville he worked at the Prince and Makai Golf Courses, volunteered doing trail maintenance, a member of the Lions Club, various handy man jobs helping his friends and enjoying life to its fullest sharing his Aloha spirit.

Dolores M. Dugan
A memorial service will be held at the Lihue Lutheran Church on Sunday, Aug. 12, 2018, at 10:15 a.m. there will be a burial to follow and refreshments will be served.
Dolores M. Dugan, 89, passed away on May 28, 2016, in Boise, Idaho. Dolores had just returned to Boise after living for the past 24 years on her beloved Island of Kauai. She was born on May 8, 1927, in Frazee, Minnesota to Ann and Harold Rathbun.
She is survived by her son, Timothy Dugan of Portland, Oregon; son, Kevin Dugan of Portland, Oregon; son, Jeffrey Dugan of San Jose, California; daughter, Lisa (Mark) Olberding of Boise, Idaho; her grandchildren, Shannon, Jennifer, Kristi, Kiera and Krysta and 11 great grandchildren.
Dolores was at home on the island of Kauai and this is where she will be laid to rest by her family. Her ashes will be placed at Lihue Lutheran Church and scattered at Hanalei Bay.
