Afghan president touts cease-fire in Eid address

KABUL, Afghanistan — Afghan President Mohammad Ashraf Ghani on Friday touted a three-day cease-fire with the Taliban in an address to the nation heralding the Islamic holiday of Eid al-Fitr.
