LIHUE — Renters and home and business owners with National Flood Insurance Program insurance have four chances to get questions answered about policies and claims starting Monday during meetings scheduled throughout Kauai.
The NFIP general adjuster will be available to answer specific questions that flood insurance policy holders may have regarding claims, courtesy of the County of Kauai, state Department of Land and Natural Resources and NFIP.
The meetings are from 4 to 7 p.m. Monday, May 14 at the Koloa Neighborhood Center; noon to 4 p.m. Tuesday, May 15 at Hanalei Colony Resort in Haena; 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, May 16 at the Anahola Clubhouse; and noon to 4 p.m. Thursday, May 17, at Hale Halawai ‘Ohana O Hanalei.
