Kachi Kachi Koochy Koochy with music by Los Kauaianos is being presented by the Waimea Canyon Middle School 7 to 10 p.m. Saturday as a fundraiser for the school’s Makerspace Project.
Kachi Kachi Koochy Koochy with music by Los Kauaianos is being presented by the Waimea Canyon Middle School 7 to 10 p.m. Saturday as a fundraiser for the school’s Makerspace Project.
A donation of $15 per person is suggested. The food booth opens at 6 p.m.
Makerspace Projects are community centers within the school that enable students to design and create works that would not be possible to create alone. This is accomplished through sharing space, tools and ideas. A similar Makerspace program is enjoying success at the Kapaa Public Library and overflows into the first Saturday events.
