The 13th annual Hawaii Lodging & Tourism Association-Kauai Chapter Golf Tournament is set for Jan. 27 at The Ocean Course at Hokuala.
The 13th annual Hawaii Lodging & Tourism Association-Kauai Chapter Golf Tournament is set for Jan. 27 at The Ocean Course at Hokuala.
The tournament will provide funds to support educational and scholarship related incentives.
The format is a four-person team-modified scramble with a two-putt maximum. Handicaps are 24 for men and 36 for women. Ten percent of combined handicaps will be used to determine the team’s handicap.
Fee is $600 per four-person team or $150 per player. Check-in begins 7 a.m., and the shotgun start is set for 8 a.m.
There will be a three-mulligan maximum per player, which are $10 each or three for $20. Those who buy three mulligans for $20 will be entered in a prize drawing.
Last year’s event raised more than $20,000.
