Multiple arrests made during special operation

LIHUE — Kauai law enforcement officers arrested 10 wanted individuals on 11 warrants during a special mission in the Koloa, Kalaheo and Waimea areas in a joint task force Wednesday. 

Daniel Lee Isobe, 50, of Lihue, was arrested on an outstanding circuit court probation revocation warrant for $50,000, stemming from a sexual assault case in 2014.

Warrants served included contempt of court, failure to appear in district and circuit court and felony drug and burglary informational charging warrants totaling $69,200 in bail.

The arrests were made by the Kauai Police Department’s Fugitive Apprehension Strike Team (FAST), along with members of the Hawaii State Sheriff’s Division.
