LIHUE — The Kauai Cup, a local bodybuilding competition, took place over the weekend at the Kauai War Memorial Convention Hall.

Thirty-five competitors from Kauai, Oahu, Maui and the Big Island took part in the NPC (National Physique Committee) national qualifier.

Overall division winners included Cyndi Mayo, Pam Arroyo, Dr. Joel Punzal, Shan Parubrub, Kasey Mita, Lexi Jones and Ryan Konishi.
