Fatal shootings at Grambling State not random, sheriff says

The Rev. Bobby Douglas of The Word Baptist Church holds a box of tissues as the families of shooting victims Earl Andrews, a student at Grambling State University, and his friend Monquiarious Caldwell, who was visiting from their hometown of Farmerville, arrive at a prayer vigil at Grambling State University in Grambling, La., Wednesday, Oct. 25, 2017. Lincoln Parish Sheriff Mike Stone said the suspect and victims knew each other “to some extent” and stressed that the shooting wasn’t random or an act of terrorism. The deadly shootings happened during the school’s homecoming week. (Hannah Baldwin/The News-Star via AP)
